Other significant work includes representing Nova Biomedical Corp. in a trade secret and breach of contract suit, resulting in a unanimous federal jury verdict for Nova after a three-week trial, and securing favorable settlements for clients such as Roku and TCL in patent disputes over video streaming and smart TV functionality.
Mr. Radsch possesses extensive experience in post-grant proceedings, having served as counsel of record in more than 35 PTAB proceedings. He has also published on current topics in patent law, including a Law360 article in June 2026 discussing Federal Circuit guidance on reasonable royalty damages for foreign sales.
