Anastasiya Maione

Anastasiya Maione (identified as Stacy Maione in firm and legal reporting) is a patent litigation attorney and partner at Bartlit Beck LLP, focusing on complex, high-stakes intellectual property disputes. Her practice encompasses a range of technologies, notably in the biotech, diagnostics, and healthcare AI sectors, as evidenced by her involvement in cases concerning liquid biopsy assays. Maione earned her J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2017, where she was also Captain of the Bartlit Center Trial Team and won the American College of Trial Lawyers National Trial Competition. She holds a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago (2012) and is admitted to practice in Illinois. She was elevated to partner at Bartlit Beck in January 2023.
