Dr. Antons is experienced in Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) proceedings, European Patent Office (EPO) proceedings, and other contentious patent office matters, including interferences. She is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from DePaul University and holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology & Immunology from Vanderbilt University, along with a B.S. from Iowa State University.
