Aisha M. Haley

Aisha M. Haley is a principal at Caldwell Cassady & Curry, specializing in complex business litigation and patent disputes across a broad spectrum of advanced technologies. Her practice includes high-stakes cases involving mercury emissions reduction technologies, optics and lighting, NextGen TV standards, and telecommunications.

Throughout her career, Ms. Haley has primarily represented plaintiffs in patent infringement actions. All three of her tracked appearances are on the plaintiff side, and her firm, Caldwell Cassady & Curry, is widely recognized as a leading plaintiff's patent firm. She has been an integral member of trial teams that have secured substantial verdicts for patent holders.

Notably, Ms. Haley was a vital member of the trial team that secured a $57 million patent infringement verdict in March 2024 for Midwest Energy Emissions Corp. in Delaware federal court, relating to mercury emissions control technology. She also contributed to a $22.4 million patent infringement verdict for SVV Technology Innovations Inc. against ASUSTek Computer Inc. in September 2024 concerning optics and lighting technology. Additionally, she helped Collision Communications Inc. win a $445.5 million patent infringement verdict against Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America Inc. in October 2025. Prior to joining Caldwell Cassady & Curry in May 2023, where she was promoted to principal in January 2025, Ms. Haley served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Robert W. Schroeder III in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and the Hon. Alan D. Lourie at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and practiced at an elite litigation boutique in Washington, D.C.
