Abraham Kasdan

Abraham Kasdan was a highly experienced patent litigation attorney, known for his deep technical expertise derived from a background in physics and extensive research and development. His practice at Wiggin and Dana, where he was an intellectual property partner for the last decade of his career, focused on all aspects of patents involving complex technologies. With a Ph.D. in Physics and over fifteen years in R&D, Mr. Kasdan possessed in-depth knowledge spanning electronics, optics, semiconductor processing, and materials science. In addition to litigation, he oversaw patent prosecution programs and negotiated licenses for his clients.

During his career, Mr. Kasdan primarily handled patent matters for operating companies, engaging in both the enforcement and defense of intellectual property rights.
