Asserters.

Every entity that has appeared as an assignee on a tracked US patent. Built from structured records extracted from each patent’s assignment-history dossier. Click any column header to sort; defaults to most cases filed. Entities markedNPE orshell LLC are flagged this way by the model from the patent dossier — known asserter lists, no products in commerce, registered-agent addresses, single-purpose Delaware/Texas LLCs. These classifications are inferences, not determinations, and may be wrong — treat an entity marked NPE or shell LLC as a possible one, to verify, not a confirmed one.

2 possible patent-rental round-trips — patents that moved A → B → A while B filed at least one infringement suit during its tenure. The round-trip is a structural pattern, not proof of intent: it can also reflect a security interest and release, a correction, or a financing deal. Flagged rows are marked below — treat them as leads to verify.
