Intel filed a declaratory-judgment action of non-infringement of US 6,831,292 after AmberWave accused Intel's 90-nm processors of infringement; AmberWave counterclaimed for infringement of the '292 patent. AmberWave's Second Amended and Supplemental Complaint later added US 6,881,632 and US 6,946,371 to the consolidated action, and the dispute was resolved by the global Intel-AmberWave settlement on March 5, 2007.
