Orca Security Ltd. sued Wiz, Inc. in the District of Delaware for patent infringement. Orca initially asserted the '031 and '032 patents and later filed a Second Amended Complaint asserting six patents; Wiz counterclaimed. After the PTAB held the '031, '032, and '685 patents unpatentable, the parties stipulated to dismissal with prejudice, which the court so-ordered and terminated on January 13, 2026.

Wiz filed an IPR challenging all claims 1-28 of U.S. Patent No. 11,775,326 on § 103 obviousness grounds. The Board granted additional discovery and held an oral hearing, but the parties settled and jointly moved to terminate before any final written decision on the '326 patent.
