Orca Security Ltd. sued Wiz, Inc. in the District of Delaware for patent infringement. Orca initially asserted the '031 and '032 patents and later filed a Second Amended Complaint asserting six patents; Wiz counterclaimed. After the PTAB held the '031, '032, and '685 patents unpatentable, the parties stipulated to dismissal with prejudice, which the court so-ordered and terminated on January 13, 2026.

Wiz, Inc. petitioned for inter partes review of U.S. Patent No. 11,740,926, challenging all claims. The PTAB instituted review on all claims on January 22, 2025, but the proceeding was terminated post-institution by settlement on January 13, 2026, without a final written decision.
