He has represented clients such as Genentech, Biogen, and Ariosa Diagnostics in significant patent disputes.
Mr. Gindler earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 1984 and a B.A. in Philosophy and Economics from Pomona College in 1981. He was admitted to the State Bar of California on June 11, 1985, and is also admitted to practice before numerous federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States and the Federal Circuit.
